At The Stitch Therapy, every piece you see—whether it’s a handcrafted product or a digital design—is created slowly, intentionally, and with a lot of love.

We’re a small, mindful brand, and each order truly means the world to us. We request you to read our policies before placing your order, so your experience with us feels smooth and transparent.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change.

If you need to cancel an order for a physical product, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, cancellations won’t be possible as your piece may already be in the process of being prepared or packed.

For digital products, cancellations are not possible once the purchase is completed, as access is provided instantly.

Returns for Physical (Handmade) Products

Each crochet and embroidered piece is handmade in small batches, which means slight variations and uniqueness are part of its charm.

Because of this:

We do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
Returns are only considered if the product is damaged during transit.

We truly encourage you to go through all product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

While we take great care in packaging, if your order arrives in a damaged condition, we’re here to help.

To request a return:

Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening your package.
Ensure the video shows the sealed parcel and the condition of the product inside.

This helps us understand what went wrong and support you better. Without this video proof, we won’t be able to process the request.

Return Review & Approval

Every request is carefully reviewed by us.

If the damage is verified, your return will be approved.
If the request does not meet the requirements, it may not be accepted.

We always aim to be fair while protecting the integrity of our handmade work.

Refunds (Physical Products)

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
The amount will be credited via your original payment method.

Digital Products (Patterns, Guides & Downloads)

Our digital offerings are designed to inspire your own creative journey.

All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once purchased and accessed, we’re unable to offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
